Samosa Chaat
Chaat is a dish which is almost loved by everyone in India. You can find a chaat corner in every market to satisfy craving for a hot, spicy, sweet and sour food item. But its good to prepare it in home sometimes so as to enhance the taste with one more secret ingredient which is love. Today's recipe is samosa chaat which is tasty, spicy and ready in minutes. so lets start preparing it.
Ingredients
- 3 pieces of Samosa
- 1 cup boiled chickpea
- ½ cup Yogurt/dahi
- 2 tbsp. Tamarind-date chutney
- Sev (chickpea noodles)
- Salt as required
- 1 tsp. Chaat Masala
- Chopped onions
- Fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Method
- Take a bowl and put the samosa on it and press a little
- Now prepare the boiled chickpeas by frying them or you can just use the boiled chana/chickpeas
- If you want to use fried one; then take a pan heat 1 tbsp. oil then add the chopped onions let them fry then add chopped tomatoes sauté them then add salt, turmeric, red chili as per your taste; add chickpeas and a little water let boil for few minutes and they are ready to use
- Add the chickpeas to the samosa then add yogurt and tamarind-date chutney on the top of it
- Sprinkle a little salt and chaat masala, then add sev and chopped onions
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves, and samosa chaat is ready to be served!
