Recipe- Grilled Vegetable Cheese Sandwich

Grilled Vegetable Cheese Sandwich

Taste and vegetables at same time, yes vegetable cheese sandwich has both nutrients of vegetables and goodness of cheese. You can prepare it real quick, nice breakfast with few ingredients.


  • 3 Slices of white bread
  • 2 tbsp. butter (enough to spread both sides of the 2 slice)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Sliced Tomato
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • 1 Boiled and sliced Potato
  • 1 Sliced Cucumber
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp. Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp. Tomato ketchup
  • 1tsp. Chili Sauce            


  • Take the bread slices and cut the edges off
  • Apply butter on one side of a bread slice
  • Place sliced onion and tomato on top of it
  • Now take another bread slice and apply tomato ketchup on one side put it on the bread with onion and tomato and then spread the chili sauce on the other side
  • Season to taste with salt and chaat masala and top with cheese and then the third slice of bread on top apply butter on the other side of first and last bread
  • Grill or toast to the desired crunchiness, Enjoy!
