Recipe- Samosa Chaat

Samosa Chaat

Chaat is a dish which is almost loved by everyone in India. You can find a chaat corner in every market to satisfy craving for a hot, spicy, sweet and sour food item. But its good to prepare it in home sometimes so as to enhance the taste with one more secret ingredient which is love. Today's recipe is samosa chaat which is tasty, spicy and ready in minutes. so lets start preparing it.


  •      3 pieces of Samosa   
  •      1 cup boiled chickpea
  •      ½ cup Yogurt/dahi
  •      2 tbsp. Tamarind-date chutney
  •      Sev (chickpea noodles)
  •      Salt as required
  •      1 tsp. Chaat Masala
  •      Chopped onions
  •      Fresh coriander leaves to garnish


  • Take a bowl and put the samosa on it and press a little
  • Now prepare the boiled chickpeas by frying them or you can just use the boiled chana/chickpeas
  • If you want to use fried one; then take a pan heat 1 tbsp. oil then add the chopped onions let them fry then add chopped tomatoes sauté them then add salt, turmeric, red chili as per your taste; add chickpeas and a little water let boil for few minutes and they are ready to use
  • Add the chickpeas to the samosa then add yogurt and tamarind-date chutney on the top of it
  • Sprinkle a little salt and chaat masala, then add sev and chopped onions
  • Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves, and samosa chaat is ready to be served!

Recipe- Veg Spring Roll

 Veg Spring Rolls

Veg spring rolls is the perfect recipe if you want to eat something with crispy and full of vegetables and has Chinese taste. Its a great starter/appetizers or if you are just having a craving for something tasty and easy to make recipe. You can add any vegetable you like in the filling as per your taste. It is a no fuss recipe if you have fridge full of different and colorful  vegetables and spring roll sheets at your home. These spring roll sheets are easily available at grocery stores now a days. So go ahead and try the recipe and enjoy.


  • Shredded cabbage – 2 cups
    Shredded carrot - 1 cup
  • Spring onions – 1 cup
  • Onion chopped – 1 medium size
  • Green Capsicum chopped – 1 small size
    Spring roll sheets
  • Soy sauce – 1 tsp.
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp.
  • Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying


  • Wash all the vegetables let them dry after that chop all the vegetables and set aside
  • Now take a pan and put 2 tablespoon oil to make the filling
  • When oil is hot add ginger-garlic paste, let fry for a few seconds
  • Add onions and after 2 minutes add capsicum; fry them and then all the other vegetables, add salt mix them well
  • Add soy sauce black pepper powder and mix well fry for few minutes and turn off the gas, your filling is ready
  • To make the rolls place a spring roll sheet on the work surface. Add the vegetable stuffing in the center.
  • Fold the bottom part of the sheet over the stuffing and then cover with the other two sides and bring it to the center, roll the pastry tightly to
    form a tube shape
    until you reach the top part of the sheet.
  • Then to seal the ends take 1-2 tablespoon of all-purpose flour add 1 teaspoon water and make a paste it will work as glue
  • Apply some glue at the end and again roll, now repeat the process and make rest of the rolls keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan on high and fry the rolls until they are golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve it hot with tomato sauce

Recipe- Coconut Cookies

Coconut Cookies

Yield- 14-15 cookies
Bake Time- 20 Min
Preparation Time- 20 Min

Coconut cookies are the nicest sweet treat to have in home. The coconut flavor makes them taste so good and it’s the best for coconut lovers. This recipe is egg less and need only a few ingredients which are easily available at home. You do not need to run and shop before making these. We just love them I hope that you will love too.


  • 50 gm Butter (room temp.)
  • 100 gm Sugar
  • 120 gm all-purpose flour
  • 40 gm Desiccated Coconut
  • ½ tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tbsp. Milk Powder



  • Turn the oven on at 325F/160C
  • Take a bowl and sift the all-purpose flour, baking powder and milk powder keep aside
  • In another bowl take the butter and sugar and start to beat till soft and creamy
  • Now add vanilla essence and milk give a whisk
  • Add the all-purpose flour and start to blend everything together then add coconut and blend again
  • It will start to take a dough form; when ready put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
  • Lightly flour your work space and take out the dough
  • Now start making cookies either you can roll out the dough and cut your favorite shape cookies or  make small equal size round balls and shape them as cookie I did it both ways
  • Apply a little butter on the tray and put them on your cookie tray 
  • Bake for around 20 minutes and then check if they need to be baked more
  • You can check with a tooth pick, insert in the cookie and check if tooth pick comes out clean cookies are baked
  • Now your cookies are ready, let them cool for few minutes, enjoy!
