Holiday Love- Eggless Chocolate Cake

Holiday Love Chocolate cake 

We are making a chocolate cake which is a delicacy and the desert for holiday season. This time of year is Christmas and New year holiday time and cakes and cookies time. This season I made this very simple and effortless yet tasty egg less chocolate cake to enjoy holidays with family because you can not enjoy holiday without holiday dessert.


ingredients

For Cake
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100 gm (1 cup) All purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp soda-bi-crab
  • 1 tsp baking powder

For Cream Icing
  • 300 gm cream
  • Half cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence

Method

For Cake
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Sift all purpose flour, cocoa , baking soda and baking powder and keep aside
  • Beat sugar, condensed milk till fluffy. Add oil and beat well then add milk and vanilla essence
  • Add this mix to the all purpose flour and cocoa mix. Beat it till the mixture is smooth and light
  • Take a round baking pan/dish of 6-7 inch diameter, grease it with oil
  • Pour the cake batter in it and bake for 35-40 minutes
  • Let it cool. Transfer to a serving platter 

For Cream Icing
  • Beat cream till slightly thick
  • Add icing sugar and vanilla essence and beat till soft paste form
  • cover the cake with this cream icing and decorate with some crushed chocolate
  • Your cake is now ready to be served
